I personally started this work many years ago because I looked at my life and realized, “This isn’t working.”

I wasn’t living my life for me. I wasn’t using my voice or showing up to the world as the real me. I wasn’t going to let my whole life go by that way.

So I started trying to fix the problem! First, I went to talk therapy. It helped, but it didn’t go deep enough. I didn’t see the change in my life that I knew was possible. 

I was determined to become who I really am, no matter what. So I kept searching, I went to coaching, somatic therapies, men’s groups, plant ceremonies…
